Anxiety | Panic

Are fear and anxiety ruling your life?  Do you experience troubling, intrusive thoughts and feel powerless to make them stop?  Do you expect the worst?  Do you feel physically paralyzed by the stressors in your life?  Do you carry a feeling of dread that you can't always explain.  If so, you may be experiencing anxiety.

Anxiety can be both a response to situational triggers and/or an underlying disorder.  Although anxiety can overtake your body and your thoughts, it is only a part of you that is over functioning.  Therapy can be a really helpful place to learn tools to manage the effects of anxiety along with exploring any underlying root issues, thought patterns and core belief systems that are contributing to the symptoms.

You can regain control over your thoughts, your body and your life.  You don't have to do it alone.
